Custodial History

The donor acquired these records from the Atlanta Department of Public Works which was cleaning out its vault. The donor, who was doing research in the Public Works Department at the time, asked if he might have the discarded material. He was given permission to take any material he wanted and subseqently gave it to Special Collections.
