Biographical Note
Maybelle Jones Dewey (1888-1963), native of Cartersville, Georgia and author of books relating to Emory University, was married to Malcolm H. Dewey.
Scope and Content Note
The collection consists of papers of Maybelle Jones Dewey circa 1908-1951.
The papers include a scrapbook pertaining to her graduation from Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia (June 3, 1908) and a clipping. The collection also includes typescripts of her unpublished articles and novel relating to family life in the South.
