Scope and Content Note

The subseries consists of radical periodicals and pamphlets. Periodicals in this subseries are exclusively photocopies. Pamphlets are arranged into three groups: American pamphlets, foreign pamphlets, and Communist International pamphlets. American pamphlets were published in the United States, but may have been written in a foreign language. Likewise, foreign pamphlets were published outside the United States but may have been written by American authors. Communist International pamphlets may be either by or about the Comintern.
