Subseries 1.4
Other administrative records, 1931-1993
Boxes 104-106 and OP 11-12

Scope and Content Note

The subseries consists of other administrative records of Hanley's Bell Street Funeral Home from 1931-1993. The material relates to the daily operation of the funeral home and includes appointment books, administrative notebooks and notes, insurance policies, personnel records, property records, and to do lists. The subseries also contains forms, permits, and licenses, as well as legal documents such as affidavits, contracts relating to the business, and the partnership agreement between Hillman Hanley and Gladys Willingham.

Also included in the subseries is one folder of Fulton Casket Company records, a business which shared office space with Hanley's Bell Street Funeral Home. It is unclear if this business was also owned by the Hanley family.
