Biographical Note

Kenneth O. Hanson (1922-2003), American poet, born in Shelley, Idaho. He attended University of Idaho (B.A., 1942) and University of Washington (1946-1954). He began teaching at Reed College (Portland, Oregon) in 1954, and was a professor of literature and the humanities.
