Scope and content note

Writings about Seamus Heaney consist of articles and essays published by others including Seamus Deane, Terrance Des Pres, Theo Dorgan, Darcy O'Brien, and Bernard O'Donoghue from 1965-2002. Also included are clippings taken from periodical literature (1965-2002); flyers, leaflets and posters publicizing Heaney readings, writings and lectures; and a variety of cartoons, catalogs, post cards and programs, all of which relate to Heaney.
