Scope and Content Note

The subseries consists of typescripts and proofs of writings about Anthony Hecht sent to him by other authors Materials are primarily undated and include introductions of Hecht at readings and other events; reviews of Hecht writings; and articles regarding Hecht and his work. Letters from the authors are included with many of the writings. Authors represented include J.D. McClatchy, Howard Numerov, Monroe Speare, and Mona Van Duyn.
