Charlotte Moran (1923-1977) was active in the League of Women Voters of DeKalb County, Georgia.

Scope and Content Note

The collection consists of the papers of Charlotte Moran from 1962-1976. The papers include correspondence, agenda and minutes from DeKalb County School Board meetings (1964-1976), reports, clippings, and printed material. Materials relate primarily to Moran's involvement with the League of Women Voters of DeKalb County and address issues such as education, constitutional revision, and reapportionment.
