Scope and Content Note
The subseries consists of summary financial records from Nunn's United States Senate campaigns from 1972-1998. The majority is receipts and expenditures reports, which vary in format and content over the years but typically document all campaign contributions. In the early years, these reports were submitted to the Senate. Beginning in 1977, the reports were submitted to the Federal Election Commission and the Senate. The subseries also contains a few annual financial reports, as well as tax returns for the campaign committee and personal tax returns for Nunn.

Arranged in alphabetical order.
Appraisal Note
Archivists retained summary financial records for the campaigns; all other financial records were removed and shredded, including invoices, receipts, bank statements, deposit slips, check registers, reimbursements, and ledgers.
