Chace; town hall meetings and other addresses by former United States President Jimmy Carter on various topics including human rights and international student exchange programs; general campus events and occasions; as well as media clippings of Emory-related news stories featured in local and national media, including coverage of alleged sexual and racial discrimination and the issue of same-sex marriage ceremonies on campus.

Emory University’s Division of Library and Information Management grew out of the Carnegie Library School of Atlanta, which operated from 1905 to 1930, and the Emory University Library School, which existed from 1930 to 1948. Between 1948 and 1981 it was called the Division of Librarianship. Records from the Division of Library and Information Management and its predecessor organizations include directors' files, curricula, correspondence, faculty meeting minutes, memoranda, and photographs and audiovisual material.
